Airtel has come up with a new method of communication: voice sms. It caught my attention simply because of the superior advertisement involving saif ali khan, shahrukh khan and Kareena Kapoor. However this is really a great concept.
It takes away the biggest problem of sending sms i.e the requirement to type the message. And it adds a significant value to sms i.e emotion.
