use orkut from your mobile phone or through sms

without comments

If you are on orkut, then you can not simply stay away from it. The best way to be on orkut throughout the day is to be present on orkut through your mobile phone.

If you have a gprs connection

If you have a gprs connection then you can use orkut.com directly. However the speed may be too slow. A better option is to use the mobile version of orkut at m.orkut.com. There may be some login problems in the mobile version of orkut mobile version. If you face any issue in logging into orkut, then ensure that cookies are enabled on your mobile. Sometimes logging into gmail before visiting orkut mobile solves the problem. Try your luck :)

Do not loose heart if you do not have a gprs connection. You can read your scraps as sms.To use Orkut SMS, you need to register your phone on the orkut website. Orkut will give you a message code to send to the Orkut SMS number for verification. You can then send SMS commands from your phone to the appropriate orkut SMS number, which is 56555 in India.

Unfortunately it supports only Aircel, BPL, MTNL, Reliance, Spice and Tata. It does not support 3 large telecom operators namely Airtel, Vodafone and BSNL! What if you use a connection from Airtel, BSNL or Vodafone. Do not loose heart. Pavan from techpavan has found a way to get your scraps as sms on your mobile. Check the hack here

Moreover you will need to pay premium charges to send sms. Check the charges for your service provider here.

without comments

Sudoku is one of the most additctive puzzle games of all time. Here are 5 sources from which you can download various sudoku games to play on your mobile phones. Go and pass your time with sudoku on mobile. :)

M-SudoKu: My favorite sudoku game to play on the mobile. It supports virtually infinite number of grids. It requires the handset to support java and a color display. You can download the game here

Conceptis Sudoku mobile: This is a plain vanilla sudoku for mobile phones. I like it for its simplicity. Download the game here

SudokuME: It allows you to choose the sudoku game either in 9×9 grid or the more challenging 12×12 grid. The best thing about this sudoku mobile version is that it allows you to enter sudoku puzzles from your favorite daily into the mobile. You can then solve the same on your journey to the office. You will need a java enabled phone to play this one. Download it here

Sudoku from cellufun: This is the solution for beginners as it has a training option. The software will make the cell red if you enter a wrong number. It offers puzzles of different difficulty levels to cater to all types of players. You will need to download it to your mobile directly. Know more about this game here
