As soon as he uses a new sim in your mobile, the system at kalyanmobilesecurity shall trace the mobile and the number. They will then send the info to the 5 numbers chosen by you at the time of registration. Once you have the new number you can safely locate the new user through the help of the servixce provider.
Quite an impressive solution. This is going to be a great product if they can deliver on the promises. If anyone has used their service then do let me know your experience.
