Salary Hikes : Srilanka beats India
December 8th, 2007 by admin | No Comments »According to a survey conducted by global HR firm Hewitt Associates, Srilanka has beaten India to the top spot in average salary hike. Sri Lanka reported highest salary increase, followed by India, Vietnam and China. Srilanka reported an average salary hile of 15.3 percent as against 14.8 percent increase in India. vietnam also ousted China from the 3rd spot with 10.3 percent rise in salary.
